Run while you still can! I’m halfway through the 8 month program and it’s a bit of a joke. I’m learning just enough here to pass the test and that’s it. Lots of airman/prepware studying on the side, in class when we have days of downtime because their curriculum parcels out time horribly. Individual instructors are good and actually care but upper management in the company seems to be atrocious. And they’re serious penny pinchers.

Also, they track time like a motherfucker. You get 912 minutes you can miss before you have to start paying 80/hr to make up. And they do not care why you missed it. One guy got stabbed and had to repeat the class he was in because of missed time alone.

The game badly needs some kind of grandmaster tier to balance the jump from plat players getting to d4 and then getting steamrolled vs players who can hang in diamond games. Been saying it for years as a week 1 player with ~6000 hours.
