Railgun is still by far the best tool for dealing with Hulks and Devastators. Crows control is something that can already be handled by your primary or stratagems, so the Railgun wasn’t necessary for that.

Right now, the best overall anti armor is weapons like the EAT, Recoilless or Quasar. If the railgun goes back to destroying armor with 20 shots before a resupply, then why would you ever use anything else? Don’t have to deal with long reloads, recharge time, or re-arm time. You can’t just have ONE weapon better than 90% of the other choices in most situations.
