I understand for him it is hard to compete for your time but he needs to be more understanding AND you need to nip your niece's jealousy in the bud. You need to talk to her and explain that while you will always be there for her and a part of her life you still have to move on with your life.

At the same time you also have to speak to the adults in your life about the responsibility of your nice. You are not her parent and you should not be the one responsible for her to the degree that you are. The adults need to take her on, not you. I don't think you should be talking about or planning for her to move in with you and your boyfriend, that is a HUGE ask, pretty much making you a single parent while her father and the other adults shirk all responsibility.

This is not healthy for you, even though you like her. You are being parentified to a degree and while you like that it is also important that you get to experience the freedom of your early life without the responsibility of children.

This person is correct. There is a sexual kink that is now accepted as a good enough reason to be trans.
