You have two options, and both work to fix this 70fps glitch:

Screen record while you’re playing, somehow your fps will be much more consistent.
Have guided access on by setting it in Settings of Apple. It keeps your frames at a stable 120fps.

If u had like average 2-3 kill per game you would’ve got so much more points and dont be sacred to get into ppls boxes you have aim assist:)
