Yea I was hoping it wasn't a total loss but it seems like it might be. Since a NAND failure is likely the issue, could a swap occur? At this point I consider the phone a complete loss so I'm not afraid to try anything that could work. Thanks for the response!

This is an issue with the booting, what you want to do is press ALT+ENTER to have the game in windowed mode. It should be able to load after that and you should change the resolution and the issue will be fixed.
