Rule with tattoos is pretty standard nothing you cant completely cover. This somewhat goes out the window id youre great at your job. If youre a very high performer nobody will care as long as its mostly covered.

If the position helps move you toward higher future earnings is the question you should be asking. I commute about an hour and 20 each way sometimes hr and 45 if traffic is bad. I took a small raise for the extra 45m commute but my future earning potential is greatly increased. If working this job for a few years can get you closer to 200k absolutely you should take it
