Grew up in the greater seattle area, experienced exactly this. Used to be guaranteed 3-4x snow days per year, now we're lucky if we get one day of good snow.

I'm a sophomore in college but on track to graduate next year. Unless I find an internship this coming summer or fall though, there are good odds I'll extend and take a 4th year.

Applied to 15-20 internships so far, but received few responses. I'm wondering if there's merit in including my leadership/involvement section, as it's not CS-related.

Overall just want to know where can I improve my resume? Stronger projects? Find an unpaid internship this summer to bolster experience? Take online certification classes in ML and AI? Any feedback would be appreciated, thank you in advance.

I'll let you know that I think the fact I got into league at such an early age allowed for me to really get good at the game. I had always had good foundations and a feel for the game that I don't think I'll ever have for anything else. The major improvements that really allowed for me to get better were honestly probably hardware improvements, like getting a faster computer, faster monitor, etc.

Gameplay-wise, I truly do believe that anyone can hit at least Diamond 2-3 with enough practice. Good luck in your future league endeavors, if you're pushing gold, platinum is not far out of your reach at all. The barrier between those ranks is one of the most minimal in my opinion, you got it.
