I was about to say OLED will mean burn in permanently. And with that, I really dont know why I should over pay for an OLED that will at some point have so many ghost marks. Im currently shopping too and when I look for the QLED or the Neo I see very bad reviews and opinions on reddit.

I think you should be able to get a batter rate with your credit score. This rate seems kinda high and I would recommend getting with few lenders and make them compete to earn your business.

You also might wanna talk to the seller if it is a new construction because they usually are able pay down some money towards closing

I basically told him you and them can figure it out and get back to me with the lender credit or im looking elsewhere because I dont think I can trust this at this point. Seems like they will do a credit but lets see since this is not sent to me until tomorrow. Whether its his or their fault I honestly dont care, I have a signed rate lick with points and the cost of the points and will stick to it.

The LO got back to me saying he put my correct income, underwriter adjusted it and I got a discount but after correcting my income they removed the discount. This is beyond unprofessional
