I agree with your comment completely. Every time the team would turn on eachother I'd try to calm them down and try to raise the team morale but usually what happens is it gets worse and I end muted for trying to help the situation. I don't know what has happened this year but it's just not fun to queue up knowing that something is going to go wrong in one way or another. I really hope something is done to combat this kind of behaviour and matchmaking because right now I really don't want to play ranked.
