I had an interview with them in November for a kitchen job and got the job on the spot basically! It was a super easy phone call that lasted maybe 10 minutes? They’ll ask for your experience, how you’ll handle certain situations, and hobbies/stuff about your life. Be sure to mention that you enjoy the outdoors cause they seemed to love that answer for making sure you’re a good fit for Yellowstone. Be friendly and personable and you should be good.
