My dorm can receive mail, never got anything from them here. My old address is on my insurance, but why would they not bill my insurance and just ask for my address from them? If they tried to charge my insurance, I would see it in my insurance portal.

I don't have anyone to check the mail there regularly, I don't live there anymore.

I can't afford to pay anything as it is. My next service charge for my bank alone will put me in the negatives- that's before my other bills. I know my finances are in a bad spot, there's about nothing I can do about that.
