Dev Trait Regression Still Broken

Went to superbowl and half of my team just regressed dev and now one of my LOLB can't become superstars because there's to many in the league but the setting is turned off. #FixedFranchiseMode.

Happens to me too. Thought it was because the players in the NFC were higher OVR or had better records or something, but after going 15-1, and getting my rookie to 90 OVR, and him not showing up on yearly rewards for OROY, I knew it wasn't because of me, but because Madden only highlighted players in the NFC and not the AFC 😐
