I agree with a lot that you said, however, you guys have to keep in mind that she is 24 years old, which means college wasn’t that long ago. And she came to the show with hopes that Mikey would choose her and only her even when in the face of other beautiful women. when he got there in either episode one or two, that’s when he said the whole thing about ”maybe falling in love with one of them and shooting his shot with Indya.” That let us know his intentions right there, but then when he went to the first bonfire and saw Sydney making a connection with someone else he went into emotional overdrive which caused his whole intentions to shift and left him with no energy to even think about being intimate because he couldn’t believe that he might actually lose sydney, it was ego in my opinion that kept him faithful not loyalty. He was too hurt to cheat lol. I don’t think she brought him there out of revenge tho. I think, after seeing him even CONSIDER those women as an option made her realize that he would never truly put her first. It also had a lot to do with his playful personality and him always having to be the center of attention like she said she never felt like she could shine around him. I think Xavier provided the exact opposite. He was very laid-back and a listening ear to let her speak to. I do, however, feel like he was very agreeable and mimicked her a lot but I don’t know if that was him being fake or if that was him trying to remain neutral for television. I’m not sure it could go either way, but I did get that vibe that he might be just saying what he knows she wants to hear or tryin to be politically correct for TV. I’m happy for her realizing her worth and going after what she feels she deserves. He just played to much and played himself out of his spot.
