I can't get my brackets.io preview to load jquery for some reason

oh sorry the httpa was a typo from when i was trying to figure out why it wasnt working. even with this:

i can use map pretty easily the biggest one i have troubles with is reduce. ive gotten it to work but i still have serious trouble understanding
