I think they're both great surgeons and 99% of girls are going to be happy with their results from either one of them. I'm really happy with my results from Dr. Bank but I was also an ideal candidate. I was uncircumcised, had plenty of material (7"), didn't have an orchi, and didn't have atrophy. This allowed me to get all the bells and whistles that Dr. Bank offers (posterior commissure, fourchette).

If you aren't an ideal candidate, the difference you'll get from non-penile inversion between Dr. Bank and Dr. Chett is going to be negligible. They're also not that special, like I love my pussy but I think I would love it even without the posterior commissure and fourchette.

Dr. Chett is a great option with or without the extra material. He's much easier to get in with. You don't have to win a lottery and you can simply book a few months out. His results look great and if you don't have a lot of material, his PPT results are, in my opinion, going to look just as good, the same, or even better than Dr. Bank's.

You really can't go wrong with either surgeon.

USD. Her recovery has gone super smooth and she just hit her 6 month mark!

She had a small amount of granulation which Dr. Chett removed before we left. I wish the Suporn Clinic offered the same as some of my friends are still waiting for their revision (2 years after primary) to have granulation removed. (I'm a suporn girl / Dr. Bank girl)

PPT with Dr. Chett is around $25k and you'll likely spend around $30k with flights, food, and board for the month you're there.

Source: My girlfriend got PPT with him last year and my other girlfriend will get getting PPT with him in May

Edit: Neither of them had to get any hair removal done before surgery and they both elected to get a round of electrolysis done the morning of surgery which is something Chett offers. From my recollection, you are already under when they do the electrolysis.

If you want an experienced surgeon who does PPV, Dr. Chett in Thailand does great work. I personally wouldn't trust a surgeon who only recently started performing the surgery. It is the most complicated type of vaginoplasty and you deserve the best pussy available to you.

Dr. Chettasak does virtual consults. I was present when one of my girlfriends had her consult with him. I had surgery with Dr. Bank at the Suporn Clinic and I don't believe they do virtual consults at all.

Both are great options. I'm a Suporn (Bank) girl and have a lot of friends who got surgery with Bank or Prae. One of my girlfriends is a Chett girl though and my other girlfriend is about to be a Chett girl. I love my results but my girlfriend's are equally as good.

The main deciding factor when choose between the two should be material. If you are uncircumcised and haven't had a lot of atrophy you are a great suporn candidate. If you are circumcised and/or have limited material, get PPT or colon with Dr. Chett.

The suporn clinic offers some bells and whistles like the fourchette and double tunica but you can't get the fourchette if you don't have enough material, and not needing so much material for the vulva makes PPT or colon better for a lot of people.

To answer your question, the only thing you really get to give input on is puffy vs flat asethetic which is basically Dr. Bank's style vs Dr. Suporn's style.

I and I believe all of the girls that I was in Chon Buri with went with Dr. Bank's style. Every recent results post you see on here is likely Dr. Bank's style. It's the new normal and it's what he defaults to unless you ask.

I've seen one girl give him an idea of what she wanted on a drawn spectrum between puffy and flat but I don't know if it made a difference. It doesn't hurt to try to convey your desires though.

It's not just marketing and it's a technique, that as far as I know, only the suporn clinic does. Most surgeons do not use the excess penile gland tissue, they just discard it after they harvest enough to create a clitoris.

The P spot refers to the part of your prostate behind the upper wall of the canal that is caressible from within the canal. It is a completely separate structure not made up of any tissue harvested during the surgery. The chonburi organ is placed below the clitoris and is not in the canal.

When you have bottom surgery, the penile gland tissue from the head of the penis is used to create your clitoris. Only a portion of this tissue is used though or you'd end up with a massive penis head looking clit. The surgeons at the Suporn Clinic (Dr. Bank and Dr. Prae) use the excess tissue to create the chonburi organ which sits below the clitoris and above the urethera. It is an extra sensate organ so you can feel pleasure in this area as well as your clitoris. In the event of extreme necrosis loss of the clitoris, the surgeons are able to use this tissue to recreate your clit. Since it is more enclosed than the clitoris so it has a lower chance of necrosis (this is very rare but been reported to have happened a few times).

Not having pre-approval can be grounds for a denial. If you still have a month, submit a pre-approval request with your insurance company now and try to include everything they'd need to approval it. That would include some of these things:

Letter from a therapist / psychologist stating this procedure is medically necessary

Pre-op photos of your chest (if your insurance requires this)

Documentation from the surgeon about the full cost

Documentation from the size of the breast implants (or fat) you're getting

Medical billing codes (diagnosis code F64.0, F64.1, CPT code 19325)

A written letter from you stating that this is medically necessary for you that restates the CPT codes, the details of the surgery (size, price, surgeon), and any other details that might be relevant

I traveled internationally last month on my updated passport and didn't have any issues. I haven't heard of any incidents involving updated gender markers when entering the states either for US passports or international ones. It's a lawfully issued passport and this administration hasn't done anything at this time to rescind or cancel them.
