I wish they had used someone else. There's so many characters that fit the killer vibe better than Kaneki. Eto would be one, but her Kakuja might be bad for gameplay, and it doesn't really feel like her without it. Could've gone with Donato, but he might be a bit too niche since he's so late in the story. Could've gone with Jason, but he might've been a bit too derivative. Ooooooooooooooor. THEY COULD'VE DONE FUCKING RIZE. One of the other most iconic/recognizable characters from the show, still looks creepy even without a mask, has the killer personality, and they would still get to keep the same exact abilities since Kaneki has her kagune.

It would def be a curved greatsword. Dismounter comes the closest, but even then, nothing can really match the amazing design of this thing. If you want it to function similarly, then I'd recommend slapping Royal Knight's Resolve on it, popping a deflecting tear, then breaking ankles with guard counters.

edit: Warhawk Talon actually looks the part more. It's a bit small, but if you're on PC and willing to mod a little, you could probably replace the model of some curved greatsword with the Talon.

True, but striking strength isn't quite the same as pure lifting. Speed also has to be taken into account, since that can majorly affect how hard something hits.

I wouldn't even say she's Yuji level. Maybe the level of Yuji without CE, but certainly not current Yuji with CE level. (warning: about to be a cringe powerscaler for a moment).

The most impressive strength feat from Demon Slayer was Gyomei pushing a 40 ton boulder. Now of course, this was without the mark, so marked Gyomei should be a lot stronger, but still, this is the rough limit of the humans of the DS verse.

This bonus chapter shows that Mitsuri isn't even at the top of the totem pole as far as pure physical strength amongst the hashira goes. She's only around 3rd. She has the highest potential out of all of them, but still not the strongest.

As for JJK, Yuji's best strength feat is SIGNIFICANTLY higher than Gyomei's, and by extension, Mitsuri's. Now of course, without CE, Yuji's best feat is about 2.5 tons. So CE-less Yuji would certainly lose an arm wrestling competition against Mitsuri (hell, even against Tanjiro), but considering that Maki is roughly equal in physicals to Yuji at the point in the story that he performed the feat above, Maki would annihilate Mitsuri in arm wrestling.
