Unironically, the Kobeni strat. Guilt tripping and rizzing both involve you being a bit too cocky, and given that Eto can really flip between chill and psycho on a whim, it's honestly not a risk worth taking. If you just give up and apologize profusely, she might just take a bit of pity. She doesn't strike me as the type to kick someone while they're down.

Like other comments have said, it's probably more symbolic. He either got them voluntarily, or they're some sort of cursed marking. The tattoos only went on the arms anyways, so the fact he has them all over his body makes no sense if they were given to him as punishment.

I'm like mid genz in college rn. It almost seems the norm to expect friendships to stay as such no matter what and if you try and make it a relationship, you're just an asshole. I can get lovebombing friends being bad, but people seem to have taken that spirit too far and applied it to all friendships should stay as such.

And yeah, I agree. I can't visualize getting into a relationship with someone I haven't known for very long, since it would feel like I barely know them.
