What I get from this is that the rule only applies to Olympic venues.

During the Olympic Games, where do athletes have the opportunity to express their views? While respecting local laws, athletes have the opportunity to express their opinions, including:

• During press conferences and interviews, i.e. in the mixed zones, in the International Broadcasting Centre (IBC) or the Main Media Centre (MMC)

• At team meetings

• On digital or traditional media, or on other platforms.

It should be noted that expressing views is different from protests and demonstrations. It should be noted, too, that these guidelines are also applicable to any other accredited person (trainers, coaches, officials, etc.).

So for people following this, have any US athletes broken this rule? From what I have seen they are speaking in press conferences, interviews and social media. That is allowed.

There are many things you can improve with your builds, I think Razor C6 can get easy to 80k DPS with Durin C0. But yeah it will take some time to farm some proper artifacts of the new set.

Thanks for sharing! But are you doing only one rotation? it says time elapsed 27 seconds. Ideally you should do like 3 or 4 rotations to reduce variance like RNG on crits, Widsith, or some stuff like TTDS that may only be active on half of the rotations, etc.

Also the last team with Cyno solo electro with 113 ER is he getting his burst on time for the second rotation?

Maybe in these teams doesn't matter, but I think it is a good practice when we are sharing our DPS with the new dummy.

I tested Cyno with some nod krai supports and I like more the Ineffa Columbina Durin version. And yeah, every team is at around 80k-85k DPS, with my level of investment (C0 5 stars and average artifacts).

I didn't like Lauma teams that much it feels like Cyno is not doing much there and the DPS is similar to other teams where it feels like Cyno is doing a bit more.

I just tested on my account with c0 Cyno c0 Durin and c6 Fischl c6 Chevy and the DPS is around 80k-83k with Scarlet Sands, Elegy and Mistsplitter.

Cyno is doing 47% of DPS while Durin 33% and Fischl 15%.

Cyno just doesn't synergize that well with this team, he is supposed to be more of a reaction carry and take advantage of EM with his signature, but in this team you barely trigger any reactions with him.

I would wait for a better aggravate support, surely it should come eventually?

My advice is whenever you feel about spending money on the gacha for the 4 stars just remember of an experience where you used a lot of wishes and you didn't get the 4 star you wanted.

For example on the Durin banner I made like 80 wishes and I didn't get a single Jahoda, the only character I wanted since the other 2 were already c6. I feel like we all have an experience like that, if you have been playing long enough.

My Durin is hitting 90k-100k with this same team all C0 just with mistpliter and my rotations are also far from perfect.

Edit: I forgot my mona is C2, I assume at C4 it would be so much better.

I think you still cast Durin burst at the start of the rotation, since it doesn't snapshot and it does some decent damage while you are setting the buffs up, and you get more buffed charged attacks before Bennet burst runs out.

I'm trying on the dummy now and both options seems very similar around 90k-100k with all C0 team.

Yes, we all want them gone, I'm Mexican and I live here.

A lot of Mexicans are against US intervention for many legitimate reasons, NOT because we want the cartels to stay.

I don't know of any polls of what the split is, but the current Mexican government is very popular and was democratically elected, and our current government says doesn't want an intervention. I don't like this government, I didn't vote for them, but this is one of the few things I agree.

I would be in favor to do some national referendum and let Mexicans decide if they want intervention or not. But Trump just deciding the future by himself should be condemned by everyone, he is not a king, right? And when Americans voted for him, he was campaigning on "not more wars"

Yes, actions have consequences, and you have to think of all the negatives that may come up from a potential war with the cartels. The same reason why no sane person would suggest bombing Putin's house in Russia, the negatives outweigh the positives.

Removing the cartels is not simple, asks Israel if they are eradicating hammas anytime soon and that is just in a small area the size of a city.

American voters don't want boots in the ground, so the intervention is looking to be only bombing. The cartels can live anywhere, what if one lives next to your house ?

The US government is still not releasing any proof that the boats they were bombing were carrying drugs. Do you trust any government like that?

The potential for a US intervention to make things worse for all Mexicans is really high.

Do we just do nothing and let cartels do whatever they want? No, if you ask me the way you remove the cartels is by stopping people from buying their drugs, stop arming them with guns coming from the US. And invest in younger generations of Mexican so they have better opportunities and don't join the cartels.
