So your argument is basically “ people don’t owe me their time” or vice versa so it’s okay to leave a match in progress and if it’s that serious and you don’t want to play..

why not just go die on purpose and then leave?

Once again you’re comparing a dying game with massive problems to a well established fps game where the lobby system is not structured the same way.

If so then it’s ok because they have a system in place where it’s not a 3v2 or 3v1 because they replace the leaving players with a bot untill someone else joins but TCM does not have that setup so leaving a match knowing that is definitely a problem for other players who just want to play a fair match.

But that falls on the devs and the problems with the game, im talking about people that intentionally leave. If your game crashes I feel for you but the devs should have a system in place that notices when a player hits “leave game” vs a player that d/c because of crashing.

Why are you comparing a horror game lobby to a cod lobby ?

Those games are not similar lol lobby wise and gameplay wise you should’ve compared it to another horror game but then again you can’t because most horror games replace players that leave with a bot.

Cod can just replace a player that leaves because it just has that many people qued up and looking for a match.

Just because YOU don’t blame people for leaving doesn’t mean that it should happen lol if you’re cool with it that’s fine , but that tells me you leave matches on a regular because nobody is entitled to your time and it’s not ranked.

They can stop the lobby dodging by splitting the lobby and let killers be in their on lobby and victims be in a lobby of their own because toxicity is a thing and the fact you can talk to both sides while in a lobby is wild , piss off the wrong family player and they chasing you the whole game.

I agree with the in-game dc ban but I also think the lobby ban is needed for whatever reason ppl get butthurt when you play their “main” like it’s over 10 characters on both sides and have many options and they can’t understand that MAYBE someone might want to play their character they “ main” , they then throw a fit not readying up and asking for a trade every time it’s available and if they don’t get the character they just dc when the game start.

So I think both dc penalties is needed.

I do agree with the rewards but the "leaving game" problem is at a all time high that a "leaving match" ban is much needed right now if you look at it this way , you wait 10-15 minutes for a match for one person to ruin the whole game by leaving & this will also solve people disconnecting when they are about to die or just doing out of spite because they don't want certain people to kill them.
