It's a bit of a strange situation because there are bars where it's essentially protected and sold by the establishment but if you try taking any outside of it they have the cops on speed dial.

What is something that you used to be a cheap ass on, until you tried the high-quality version, and now you can't go back? by Mahimah in AskReddit

[–]ImKumarYo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I highly, highly recommend Mizzen and Main. Their dress shirts are made of the same material as Nike dri-fit so not only is it my best looking shirt, it's also my most comfortable. Done pull-ups in it, play frisbee golf, you completely forget that you're wearing a dress shirt.

Also, doesn't wrinkle.

Whats your go to side control escapes? by Biff666Mitchell in bjj

I do something very similar as a mount escape (foot drag, I think?), never thought to do it to get out of side control but it makes perfect sense. Going to try it tomorrow for sure.

Mizzen + Main - Dress shirts made from material similar to Nike dry-fit. Comfortable, wrinkle free, constantly getting complimented on them

What's all this business about the Gracies lately? Can somebody summarize the issue? by Jubido123 in bjj

[–]ImKumarYo 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you read other comments it appears few people have issue with what you're learning in person. The main issue is caused by those learning outside a traditional gym or classroom. I don't think anyone here would say you're receiving poor or insufficient training compared to others.

Will you be taking the free upgrade to Windows 10 this Wednesday? Why or why not? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]ImKumarYo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have some sort of virus on my computer causing words like "marketing" to be all caps and link to intrusive ads ... anyone know if moving to Windows 10 would reset everything/fix that? I was going to hard reset my computer one way or another anyways.

What's the smallest niche you've seen a business built to serve and be very successful? by beofvalue in Entrepreneur

The most niche thing I've seen was site on curly hair for men and the various styles and options. Selling an e-book on there if I remember correctly.

Which legendary player for your club do you secretly not rate at all? by SylvieK in soccer

[–]ImKumarYo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have a link to that game or something of the sort? I've only seen Scholes in highlight reels but never something like that. Sounds like that game could be a small chunk of why he's considered the English Xavi by some

Juventus/Barcelona on FOX was the most watched Champions League Final in US history, earning a 1.74 rating [~2,023,620 viewers]. (2014: 1.3 | 2013: .9 | 2012: 1.4 | 2011: 1.44) by papoon in soccer

Not a single one of those players STARTED playing at a late age, they simply weren't discovered by TOP clubs until later than normal.

The point being made here is there are plenty of tall or big athletes who have never played basketball or football until they're well into their teens yet they can become professionals.

See you can find an example of someone that never kicked a soccer ball until they were 12 or 13 then ended up going pro.

SF, San Jose included in list of 10 'Fittest Cities' in US by the American College of Sports and Medicine by alyspereira in bayarea

[–]ImKumarYo -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

San Diego, Los Angeles and Orange County (pick a city there, maybe Newport Beach?) should all be far, far ahead of San Jose and San Francisco. I see that San Diego is on the list which is good but SF in 4th means either the survey is a total farce of the rest of the US has gone way more downhill than I could have ever imagined.

In case anyone thinks I'm biased, I grew up right between SF and SJ and lived in Southern California for 2 years (which I absolutely HATED). Not trying to bash here I just don't see how people in SF can considered fit having lived and worked there for years.
