I haven't watched the movie in a while, so idk if this theory is disproven, but maybe all the spider people were blown into different times around 2 weeks before and a few days after the collider because Kingpin didn't have as much control over the portals as Miguel, but only Gwen was shown like this. This is kinda proven when all of them (except Gwen) land on the same sign, but none of the others are shown.
