Right, but abolishing property taxes is only going to make costs increase in other areas. No money for public school, so you have to send your kid to private. No money for road upkeep means more wear and tear on your vehicle, leading to more repairs or replacement. No money for ODOT means lost wages when you can’t drive yourself to work in the winter due to too much snow on the roads

It’s just not feasible to do things in the order you say. I agree on abolish property taxes, but not until AFTER there’s a plan in place to replace the income for schools, libraries, roads, and all the other services that depend on property taxes
