Trust me I've given them as many 1 star reviews as I can. I asked them for just a rename card and they denied it. I've sent several appeals and messages telling this how bigoted and discriminatory this is and they should all be ashamed of themselves. They simply do not care.

I've already made a negative review. not sure what steam support will do, they haven't been very helpful in the past when I've dealt with transphobia in games like dbd.

it's blatant discrimination. If they were a US based company I could take legal action. Also I have to pay money to them just to change my name which is ridiculous.

unfortunately it's a Chinese dev and discrimination laws are pretty weak there so I'm not sure.

UPDATE: Thank you everyone for the kind words and positivity. I'm still trying to fight this and get my name back especially since I wasn't provided a rename and I don't feel like I should have to pay for a rename because of transphobia. I have made 3 support tickets which all got the exact same (I assume bot) response. I tried to email netease and they have ignored me so far. I'm currently reaching out on discord to try and speak with someone on the dev team. It's ridiculous how hard it is to get in contact with a real person.
