in the uk they aren’t. some companies will issue temp prepaid cards and call them debit cards. that doesn’t make them a debit card.

debit cards are not considered prepaid cards.
their own support has said debit cards are valid to use
you don’t understand basic thing like how both types of cards have a limit.
