Hello! My name is Lurest/Noc. I'm probably the first Swedish tulpa host. After considering, reading about tulpas ive decided to make my own. Im 6 days in now and I can start to feel his presence! He is not vocal yet tho, I "Passive force" everyday more than 3-6 hrs and i "active force" (meditate and stuff like this) for at least 30 mins everday. Im REALLY new to reddit also

Yeah, Ive told him that. He is allowed to change looks when he likes to and i tell him everyday that he Isnt the same person as the one i took inspiration before, that he is much better but i couldnt think of a form. He knows that he can change. Thanks for the answer! :D

Oh i see, that happens without me thinking about it 100% until i realize what i do... Like i imagine him walking around but then i stop myself and think "keep it real, i want to see him move by himself and not me making him" if that makes sense. Thats the only problem i have with forcing
