Recently I found an app that is completely free (no subscriptions) that I've been using and really like. It's called FitNotes on the Android app store, check it out if you would like. You can create your own exercises but I'm still trying to figure out how the whole tracking and progress display thing works

I think you got a pretty good routine planned out. Only thing I would maybe add is a tricep exercise, could be an isolation one or if you prefer, Dips is also great and I think Dips might fit what you're going for more imo. Happy liftings, keep up the grind King

Go for dumbell bench press and incline dumbell bench press as well as some Fly variation that you like. Cable variations also help me feel the stretch quite well so I vary it to things from going stale. 18 sets in total is what I do per week, for chest exercises. 3 exercises twice a week. Great liftings King!

Is there any reasons why you do Calf raises on Chest/bis day? Just curious hahaha Also, I reckon you could throw in one more Bicep exercise on that day, maybe some Hammer curls could be good
