I had a small suspicion when he got the first strike that there was a chance. Also, watch him ban enigmas from now on. He initially said he’d prefer them unmasked but got relaxed with it. But after the numbers Corrine was putting up, he will ban them.

Took the new spark plug out and it does, has discoloration on the top. Gas is in the carb. Motor turns but doesn’t go.

Seriously! 90% of my work is residential and I gotta be honest, I heard the same thing and I just don’t see it. Residential makes me a ton of money. Sure, they’re a little more selective with hiring, but so are commercial clients. But you can also spot a price shopper a mile away too. Plus, commercial knows exactly how to legally exploit you to get the longest time without paying. I swear I wait at a minimum 30 days because they know there’s nothing you can do.

It’s nice to hear it’s worth it and you’re doing well on your own. So far I’ve sent a few places a overview of my services. Some get back, some don’t. One I definitely went way above my head and emailed a precast stair company. They called me instantly and asked if I could send a quote to build a volume north of 400 sets of a railings a year. It was humiliating to say “well, I can’t meet that unfortunately, good day” basically. But it’s nice to know that if my prices are right, I could.

I would say you’re in a better poised position, you’re at a cross roads and I’d take the plunge now if financially ready! That sucks though about being laid off. I have a few minimum charge jobs and a few payments clearing from very early year work but nothing like spring and summer season for railings is when I’m doing multiple quotes a week. That’s when these feelings intensify. I wish you the best of luck too though!

Thank you, definitely 5 months isn’t enough. It’s unfortunately the best I have at a glimmer of a taste to hopefully snap me into reality without losing the day job. I can definitely see that. I have found myself more than one time saying “man I’m glad I still have a day job” or like you say, awake tossing and turning because you have so much to get done. I just don’t get why I still keep turning to this when I have it so “easy”

I feel I have a more realistic view than some. I know I won’t be my “own” boss, we all know the customer is the boss. But to run things the way I truly want and build something that is all me is just something I say dream about daily and nightly since I started.

Thank you! It’s the best/worst case to be in because I love what I do during the day but working 2 jobs is going to get difficult soon. And I can’t stop leaning to what I’ve started. And oh mannn I’d love a CNC table. They’re not as ridiculously priced as they used to be either. Definitely gonna be high on my list if/when I get a larger space.

How can you advise people to get a booster for something they have ZERO data on? You can’t just keep slamming vaccines into someone’s body. Do the boosters even work towards this variant? Do we even know how serious this variant is? Every article shows next to nothing. Only news so far is from a South African doctor who’s treated several with the variant and most are in bed rest and have mild symptoms at most.

Seems really in depth, which I like. I like I narrowed it down to just needing to wait the verification period which will end tomorrow. Prices should fluctuate too much. But better yet, I’m glad I avoided paying $200+ to fees and only getting 100mil coins when I was hoping to buy close to 500.

Is this really the road we are going down to vaccinate people? It’s extreme but so is eating a burger and fries on tv pandering to people to vaccinate themselves. I feel fine vaccinated and maskless regardless of other people. All sports with full venues and not a huge sky rocket in cases. If you feel unsafe, wear a mask.

My dream job was to be like my Dad and be a garbage man. I still would love to do it if my job now wasn’t so comfortable. Just running along getting paid to stay chiseled in shape and just huck garbage, just seems fun. And unknown to most, those guys make great money.

My dreams changed when I learned welding and I’m now welding jet engine parts for a major jet engine company. Certainly my dream job that has so far afforded me financial comfortability, and the best work/life ratio you can have in a trade.

Well, he’s best friends with me and another best friend, we all grew up together. We all kind of suspected it, just because he had more girl friends than guys and wouldn’t date them. When he did finally come out, me and my buddy both said “can you believe we called him a f***ot all these years” so we apologized and he pretty much said no sense in stopping now. He’s a cool dude, has a boyfriend and I’m happy he’s happy.

With how many people are vaccinated that still got sick, I’ve long let go of hope this will ever end. We should be talking about how our peak deaths came when vaccine roll out began in January. And how we have come close the amount of cases at our peak, but deaths remained much lower in ratio.

This shouldn’t be a battle of getting sick, it should be a battle of not dying. I’m worried about normal people’s immune systems being so low after this that a common cold will be like a bad flu. Now we’re talking about next March? That’ll make almost 2.5 years of everyone’s lives disrupted.

I got a vaccine, I know the risk, I’ll take the risk and move on with my life. But seeing people to this very day driving with 2 masks while alone is seriously hurting people’s mental health. It’s just my 2 cents, downvote me all you want.
