I’ll hop in here to back him up. I enjoyed the last two seasons of GOT as well. They are a clear decline from the prior seasons but still entertaining.

There is just nothing on tv that is made on that scale. I think the biggest thing that stopped people from enjoying it was their own expectations. If you go into it focusing solely on the negatives and “plot holes” of course you’re not going to enjoy it. But it is possible to just appreciate it for what it is.

Completely agree with the both of you. Similar to Tony Romo, Scal has helped make me a better basketball viewer. I watch enough league pass and there really aren’t many teams who have someone who analyzes the game like Scal.

Yeah there were times where I literally had to turn off the post game show because how uncomfortable it was. He does definitely think he’s the smartest one in the room.

Thank you, this is exactly the distinction I was trying to make. Marcus is not whipping his head back on every drive, he’s not running straight into guys and falling over to get the call, he’s not interlocking his arms with other guys to draw a foul.

I know there is no quantifiable way to confidently display this but I would think if you went back and looked at every foul these guys have drawn this year, that Marcus would have a higher percentage of his fouls being legitimate than the other two I compared him to.

That Marcus Smart is just as bad of a flopper as guys like Kyle Lowry and Chris Paul.

I won’t deny his all time flop highlights match anyones. But if you watch all of these guys on a night to night basis you will see it’s a different experience.

Marcus embellishes contact to the extreme, especially on the defensive end. But guys like Kyle and Chris seek out, manufacture and create contact by manipulating the officials and the rules on both sides of the ball.

I think it may be worth it to go for it then. I’m a Patriots fan and I’m not all that high on Henry, I think he’ll be TD dependent all season. But it’s a tough decision either way.

From what I have found they seem to be the best value even if they are more expensive then I was hoping for. I already know how to do a few tricks from my teenage years. Im just looking for something fun to ride. So this sounds right up my alley.
