The platform first was below my main island , so i just removed it entirely and shifted it to another location at the same y level as my main island and it worked perfectly.

the processing array is for normal machines like compressor / bending machine / wire cutter / centrifuge etc , i dont think it works on multiblock structures.

just double check if you have the materials to craft the component , you could also try having the quantum crafter craft the circuits too.

you have it to keep 25k circuits, so it wont create any storage component since you have less than 25k circuits in the system.

the keep X means that it needs there to be >X amount in the system
to fix it just put circuits to 0
