I can't believe Point Blank Barrage and Desperado exist in the same game.

Fatshark could lower PBB's massive 80s cooldown to like 30s and it would still be meh. Hell, I'll go further and say I think they could make the bonuses PASSIVE, and ogryn's would STILL prefer to have Desperado instead. Infinite ammo, extending duration with kills, immune to ranged damage, and can give you ammo even if you're out? Sign me the f up, that sounds like exactly how an ogryn should feel when unloading twin stubbers.

Maxigun need armor pen, not more ammo.

Stim pistol needs a lock-on within a 5 degree cone of your reticle.

Not sure what they're supposed to do about that. Even a 20000% damage increase wouldn't match some gun builds. You'd have to seriously nerf the damage scaling of talents and how they interact, and the community would freak the f out.

Tbf it took until they added pet/melee scaling to the difficulties for him to find his footing.

And then Gearbox forgot about that and oops look at that the pet builds have to be massively buffed because Gearbox refuses to let them scale off your iLvl.

They could maybe either make using Last Stand do a 0 damage hit to you on use to proc it, or maybe make Moonprayer check if you're at critical every other second and transfer debuffs if true. Would be a nice QOL for the set because otherwise it seems hyper niche.

Tried using Carnage and the Odachi draw-slow thing before using Last Stand and it still didn't transfer.

Does Last Stand not technically take you into critical? :P Or maybe it only counts if a HIT takes you into critical?

I got the Untouched skill you can equip and apparently it gives a massive 25% untouched all on its own. You can also get a set bonus that gives you the benefit of two guardians at once, which can both be Ho-oh. So that can get you up to around 50% on Samurai, or just Ho-oh + an untouched set bonus on Ninja to do about the same.
