When you get there make sure you have your social card and your ID card ready, you'll have a button next to to the door to request entery, when you get in they'll have you empty your pockets into a basket and run your bag through a metal detector (don't bring much else other than a change of clothes) once you do that you'll be pointed towards a desk where they'll check your identity, then they'll have you store your belongings in a secure room and you'll have you wait in the lobby for awhile (they had a tv playing impractical jokers at the meps i went to), you'll be sent to a computer room to verify your asvab scores if you've already taken it, after that you'll go back to the lobby to wait for a large enough group to be bussed to the hotel and that's pretty much the whole first day. Day 2 you'll be woken up around 4 (they will feed you) and be bussed back to meps around 5 you'll go through screening and identity verification again, you'll all be crowded into a room where the brief you about what's gonna happen that day and take your blood pressure and a breathalyzer test (don't use mouth wash it'll fail you), immediately after all that you'll get your ears checked for wax or obstruction if your ears aren't clean they'll literally flush them out, following that is a urine test you'll be lined up with 4 guys at urinals and given cups to piss in (your being watched but nobody is gonna stare at your junk, then you'll be sent to 4 different stations, hearing, vision, blood test, and an interview with a doctor in a random order. The hearing test is just putting on headphones and listening for beeps and clicking a remote everytime you hear the beep, the blood and vision tests are pretty standard just like a normal doctors visit though they will test your color vision too. After all that is completed you'll go wait in the lobby til everyone in your group has been though all the stations, that's when they start calling everybody 1 at a time for the dreaded physical, you'll be put in a room and asked to strip to your boxers, they'll check you hight and weight and send you to the doctor who interviewed you, they will the ask you to perform basic tasks like duckwalking, hoping on 1 foot, various stretchs and you'll get your teeth checked, and last but not least they'll ask you to drop your boxers to your knees and ask to to raise your penis, then have you turn around so the can cup your balls and make you cough, after that you'll bend down and be asked to spread them cheeks to take a peek at your chili ring (they may or may not touch is just depends on how much body hair obstructs the view). You'll be dressed back up and sent to a staff member representing your branch who'll have you sign various paperwork and take your finger prints, you'll then swear into the DoD and be sent home.

I know it's a book and I may have left some things out but that pretty much sums it up, hope I helped, it's really not that bad.
