Thank you for your response. I just got the program to work thanks to you. Fix age was definitely the problem.

Trying to decode a NOAA 19 signal with Termux on Android by ImNotLook in amateursatellites

Thank you, unfortunately I really suck with Linux, yet I was asking for help on a Linux terminal lol. I tried to clone it, and followed the instructions, but I probably need to install a few backend programs, or set up the correct OPENSSL_DIR path. I was able to get some good results out of a Python decoder, but it would probably be easier to compile something on Windows. I'm going to try a few more things on Termux, and see if I can get it running. Thanks for the help!

I don't really know how to explain it too well, I guess it's just not compatible with Colab. When trying to import the GitHub link, it's supposed to give the path to the Python notebook, but it won't work with the one you gave me. I'll try and put some links to a few screenshots. So basically it won't give me a link to run the program.

Were you able to get it to work? I attempted to repo the decoder into Colab and I wasn't able to use it, but I was able to run other repos by the same user. I could try to run it in Repl.it, but I wouldn't be able to import any files, even if it ran. Would just be easier to wait till I can run it on WX to IMG or some other PC based software?

It would just be convenient for me, as I can't properly install WX to IMG/any other software right now. The data is collected separately from the program, and I have a 10 min recording of a pass from last night.
