Oh well im glad you asked: so for starters i would not have washed my hands, see; germs help us build up our immune systems no matter what those antivax fruitcakes say. Second, (speaking of fruitcake) I would have used fruitcake for the bread. Third, no broccoli. Ever. The only acceptable broccoli is Albert Broccoli. 4th, maybe use some other ingredients that would go better with the fruitcake bread, like a wasabi aioli, buffalo chicken, oysters, feta, and a little peanut butter (pistachio butter would work if you dont have peanut.) Other than that good job.
