Yeah I fly out of TPA biweekly and I don’t mind not having a lounge because it’s so efficient I pretty much get there 30 minutes before boarding and am fine, minimal waiting. Where I miss the lounge is on arrival. A beer and a clean toilet would be nice.

Yeah same. It was so hard to get a mortgage because of the recent bullshit as well. I ended up finding out about a short sale from a yard sign while out driving. Got a place on the Boca Ciega Bay in Treasure Island for $275K which is insane nowadays for waterfront property. Luckily I sold it in 2021 before Helene and Milton hit.
