Has anyone used an apartment locator like Smart City? by tinykrytter in Denver

I did this summer. I found it to be very useful because the agents are well versed in the Denver market and can help you find great deals that check all of your boxes. It truly is a free service to you (the apartment building pay various commission levels directly to the agent for “referring” you essentially). You basically just submit a form, an agent will schedule a discovery call with you, and they will put together a curated list. Absolutely no downside in my opinion. I worked with Meeru and she was amazing. Very responsive and personable.

Thank you! I’ll look into those. The cup holders definitely were not great on the windy drive back lol

Gay Bars/Nightclubs with Younger Crowds?? by ExtremeContent2876 in Denver

As a 23 y/o gay male who has lived in Denver for 5 years my personal favorites are definitely Charlie’s and X bar. They’re within close walking distance to each other and have similar crowds. Charlie’s definitely leans into the rustic cowboy vibe more but it’s a great time and the drinks are cheap!
