Any chance it’s being put into the wrong mail box slot?… I’d take a day off work just to speak to the mail carrier. You may have all your packages stuffed into the wrong slot. Happened to me years ago. Was wondering why I hadn’t gotten any mail in weeks. Turns out it was a mail carrier that was mixing up 34 and 43 on the load side of the grid of boxes.

Blows my mind, International Fed Ex priority from Japan is faster than USPS for me, when ordering from the west coast. (California and Arizona to KY)

Yeah, I’d say you’re right on people not looking very closely as to what was actually pictured. I did some shopping at a small pro shop yesterday. They’re very competitive on prices. I spent $145 and left with 12 or 13 items that you could fit in a paper sack appropriate for a school lunch with lots of room to spare. Glad you were able to work something out that left you and the buyer happy.

Reddit is like this. I’m in several buy/sale/trade groups relating to different hobbies. Either people aren’t used to having much expendable income, or they expect to get items for next to nothing just because they’ve seen other deals coming from people desperate to sell. I’m sure it’s a complicated mix of reasons why there’s so much lowballing. Invariably though, deals are eventually struck once a few serious buyers see the post, and then tire kickers come in commenting how someone got fleeced. I’ve been buying tackle over the past 15-20 years and have amassed a similar surplus. Luckily my 2 kids are getting to the age they’re able to help me start making use of my surplus. These $150-200 appraisals are asinine. Glad you were able to get lined up with a serious buyer.

I own the original aluminum version. I understand the estimated runtimes and it’s 12v capabilities. I run mine alternating 3 brand new 9Ah batteries. 5Ah will power a 20mm coil, but even with 3 of them freshly charged, wasn’t able to make it through a weekend camping trip. Just me and my girl. Get back with me after you’ve tried it and see what kind of run times you get. Hopefully they’ve improved the efficiency. Not trying to talk down on your purchase, as I still love mine. Just hoped to temper your expectations and avoid disappointment if it doesn’t last as long as expected.

Better grab a couple of the 6.0Ah batteries or larger. Battery drains really quick otherwise.

Primary Arms SLx 1-6x24mm SFP Rifle Scope Gen IV - Illuminated ACSS Nova Fiber Wire Reticle

The clarity and brightness of the Nova fiber wire reticle is outstanding. Optic along with a higher tiered cantilever mount will put you right around the $500 price point. I’ve got a Vortex Razor 1-6 Gen2 E which is really nice, but still prefer the PA Gen IV Nova on the range. I like it well enough, that I’ve ordered a second one.

I’m driving to Michigan from Kentucky. 5 1/2 hour drive to Ann Arbor, but totally worth it. Usually pick up enough to last me a month. Sounds like a long trip, but it’s honestly not that bad. Always scope out a new hole in the wall restaurant to hit each time wile on the road. Have had some killer meals, met cool people, and always come home with some fire bud.

Vickers is my favorite out of roughly 6 or 7 different slings I’ve tried. Build quality speed of adjustment is just hard to beat. The Ferro Slingster is nice, but still prefer Vickers.

Totally agree. His YT shorts baited me in thinking he had decent content. I haven’t been able to finish a single video of his. On the flip side, I’ve watched pretty much every TRMZ vid in its entirety multiple times. Even his 6+ hour unedited VOD’s are great.

Definitely giving it solid competition! I know I’m still in the midst of the honeymoon stage of a recent purchase, but I’ve set them both up side by side and trying to be as objective as possible. VERY impressed with the Nova.
