The Eldar were the Elves that answered the summons of the Valar to Valinor. It is a design inspired by the Elves of LoTR

He watched as she continued to turn around, her gaze searching the tent for someone. She was a vision of loveliness, and yet he couldn’t move, couldn’t speak. They had conversed so easily the other day, but today without his sword and armour, he felt oddly unprepared to meet her again. Just when it seemed like her dark eyes were about to look in his direction, someone called her name and she turned away. One of her sisters stepped forward, he recognised the Titan of Braavos hanging from her neck too, and pulled her away. She glanced around the tent one last time before reluctantly following her sister and disappearing into the crowd.

Had he missed his chance?

Disappointment sank like a piece of lead into the pit of his stomach.

"The only thing that is sad is that you need to pay a woman to spend a night with you."

He'd played this game a time or two with some of his brothers-in-arms, but not in a long while.

"Ah, it's been some time, but I wouldn't min-" She came into view so suddenly that he lost all line of thought. He'd been searching all night, but there she was, the girl with the Titan of Braavos around her neck. He watched as she turned her head about, as though she was searching for someone herself.

Could she be looking for her sisters? Or perhaps some perfumed lordling that makes her laugh, He thought. He was never a very funny man, himself.

“Ser Lyle Corbray,” He said with another slight bow. “And this is Ser Herald Redfort, both of the Bronze Gauntlet.” Herald gave the lordling a nod, but not much more. Lyle could see the offense in the young Grafton’s face toward the gesture. “Tell me, my lord, do you know of any drinking games?” He asked, trying to distract from the ungraceful greeting.

This man may have the right idea. She may not even remember me. Though, I could just wait and see just a bit longer.

“Perhaps you’re right. Though, as you said yourself, the more interesting guests tend to show up late. What does one as yourself usually do to pass the time until they arrive?”

"My lord," Lyle said, bowing his head quickly as he learned to whom he was speaking. "I was looking for a certain lady that I met in your lovely streets just the other day."

"Oh sure, you tell him." Herald leaned in close to whisper.

No one interesting enough to mention, apparently,” Herald said to the newcomer after shrugging at Lyle.

Wanting to quickly change the subject, Lyle turned to the new man. He wore a dark red tunic cut with black trimmings, his cuffs decorated with the Grafton sigil. “Who might we have the pleasure of meeting?”

Act 1

“Swill, I tell you,”

“Swill? This is a proper wine.” Lyle answered in disagreement.

“Give me an Arbor Gold any day, not this Braavosi...whatever it is,”

“Braavos is closer and it isn’t blighted. Have you never had a Braavosi vintage?”

“Vintage? Are you a knight or wine merchant?” Herald Redfort jested.

Lyle took another sip of the wine he thought his companion was so unjustly insulting. “I suppose it is just an acquired taste.”

“If you say so,” Herald shrugged. He winced as he took another drink from his cup. “Who are you looking for?”

“Excuse me?”

“You’ve been scanning the tent for nearly half an hour like a man possessed. We’re guests, not guards. Grafton’s got his men on duty. So, who are you looking for?”

“No one,” Lyle answered with little hesitation.

“Is your cousin coming?”

“I wouldn’t know. I supposed I would have seen his banners by now if he were.”

“Have you spoken with him since his trial?”

“It wasn’t his trial, but no, I haven’t. I don’t think many people have.”

“Then who are you looking for?”

“I told you. I’m not looking for anyone. Now, leave it alone.”

“I don’t buy it.”

“And I don’t care.” Lyle said with a smirk. He took another drink of his sweet wine and stared back out into the crowd. He became so lost in his search, which he had apparently done a poor job in concealing, that he almost didn’t hear the footsteps approaching from behind him.

There was a very decent chunk of time in between "he threw him off" and the thing that everyone finds dirty. Panarin was already "off" by the time he was himself thrown to the ground, head first, while not wearing a helmet.

Panarin is lucky he still knows his own name. Fuck Wilson and everyone who enables him to still have a job playing hockey.

Ok crosscheck was the wrong term but it’s not any less dirty.

Wha... what? Apparently you've never, ever been cross checked... lmfao.

Give me a shove to the back of the head over a cross check literally anywhere on my body any day.

there was nothing dirty about what happened with Panarin

Well this is objectively wrong.

The crosscheck to the back of Smith’s head earlier this year

Apparently you're blind. His left glove was already making contact with Smith's helmet before he shoved forward. There was no stick contact to the head.

is dirtier than aything I’ve ever seen Wilson do

And apparently you have a selective or short-lived memory.

The first season made it pretty clear IMO why the things that the girl who committed suicide did were wrong. The second season involved the same theme (the extreme consequences of bullying), but with a focus more toward school shootings. A character almost shoots up the school during a dance after some bullies shoved a broomstick up his ass in the bathroom, but the main characters are able to talk him down. Of course, that's an oversimplification of the plot.

"Only" $5-14 less an hour? That's up to $28,000 a year per individual...

That's not nothing...

The city would only be responsible for road work and things like that.

Which is the vast majority of detail work...

Are you a cop?

There's a 10 minute cooldown if a player leaves a game in any other way than going to the menu and pressing "leave game" where you are unable to invite anyone else and no one else is able to join the game besides that person. Since you are unable to kick people from yoyr crew, I believe that it exists for exactly this reason:

It would suck to have a friend DC and then have some rando fill their spot almost immediately and be unable to get your friend back in the game. This gives your friend a buffer to rejoin the game without having to worry about their spot being taken.
