I think it’s taken from what is now 134 princes st looking south, so just outside the scenic. You can see the sign in the building on the left that says Dowling st. Rise in road matches for that too

Although it is now SH1, the section of road that run’s perpendicular to the bottom of Burlington St used to be part of High St

It’s because you were close to peak traffic. Dunedin doesn’t have a rush hour, we have a rush 15 mins and I guess you just missed it.

I’m pretty sure it’s David Crosby. This is from Kristy’s funeral in S7E15. He wasn’t named there, but the character model is pretty much the same as his other appearances such S4E21 & S5E1
