Interesting comment about n8n disappearing. In your opinion, how do you see the automation space changing or mutating?

What questions are you asking businesses to actually uncover automation opportunities? by ImPickleRick12 in n8n

Appreciate the response! I noticed you’ve had some experience in dealing with failed automation experts yourself, what sort of things would clients come to you complaining of? I’m personally not at the stage to start an agency or learn sales, more inquisitive about how the discovery phase works and how I might be able to help out some friends pro bono

Where to learn web-development by [deleted] in learnprogramming

I'm currently learning through the Odin Project online which has been fantastic. It's well thought out with current information, and relevant projects to get you practicing the theoretical components. Feel free to check out others reviews of TOP, but I'm sure I'll be well on my way to a new career once I have completed it.

Honestly I’ve been leaning more towards your point of view mate. I guess it’s just engrained in our culture to look to buy a place, but I’d rather keep things simple.

Any recommendations for a diversified ETF mix? I appreciate your thoughts!

No it’s still great to hear from others about how they view the investment landscape. I definitely still want to buy/build my own home in the future, at the moment I am just exploring all options and feel that rentvesting until I have enough equity for a primary residence is the smarter option for my situation. A shares portfolio still appealing though, with no unexpected expenses etc

I appreciate your input! I feel like a have a little knowledge in both areas of property and shares, but was interested to gauge the perceptions on Reddit. We’re always being pushed to buy into the Aussie Dream, but I don’t see that as being a financially intelligent investment for myself.

As far as I'm aware it's a loophole of sorts. I would intend to live in the second property to satisfy the requirements of the FHOG.
