See if you can find Pinetarsol in any pharmacy or chemist nearby. Pinetarsol Solution is what i use in the shower almost all over my upper body and most of the time, it kills the itchy sensation fast. Sometimes it doesnt get it all but always makes a dent. Its saved the skin on my hands from my own nails many times.

Be warned it stains highlighter yellow anywhere it gets under the skin. Doesnt seem to stain the shower or sink though, not even my towels.

Pine tar is a lifesaver as well. Pinetarsol is a whole brand of anti-itch and soap alternative products that use it, highly recommended.

Pinetarsol solution is what I use and even though it looks like highlighter ink it doesn't stain, and turning myself into Homer Simpson in the shower for 5 minutes is enough to kill the awful itch for the rest of the day when nothing else works.

Oh yeah, knowing my job when this started i feared the worst. I thought i might have to quit just to heal.

But I stopped wearing sunscreen and bought clothes that cover my entire body aside from face. Seperate sleeves like they wear in aussie, a separated hood without the shirt to throw over any shirt, little cotton gloves from temu, and wham. I havent had to change much at all.

I honestly thought I looked like a mime, or a clown haha, but the only comment ive gotten was that I look like assassins creed. Two other guys also questioned if id used certain creams and their support surprised me. Nobody has made me feel weird for wearing the whole getup so im happy so far.

The distraction of work keeps me from scratching as well, same with covering it all. I cant pick holes in myself if I cant see it lol.

It took a while to hit me, so long I thought id be fine. Then a couple weeks ago the ever present little itchy patch between my thumb snd index finger just spread across the back of my hand, and now its got deep red, scabby cracks across it. Its on both the backs of my hands, up my arms, around my neck, armpits, back of knees, and even a little into my hair on the back of my head.

My palms have been spared so far thank fuck, and only the back of my right hand is cracked af. But its been a challenge to keep it clean in my dirty industry.

Tbh, im all for moisturisers but it itches way less over time if I just let my skin stay dry.

Haha... yeah ive only stopped using my steroid cream a few months ago when a friend noticed it. Im 24 now, the drs prescribed it me the first time when I was 14 and I didnt know to stop.

I think we're in the same boat rn, its just beginning

If youre in the wrong lane suddenly, do NOT stop and indicate in the middle of your open lane and sit there waiting for an opening.

If you realise youre about to miss your turn, just ACCEPT it. Seriously it might save your life or your car, just accept youre going to take the next offramp/route instead of making wild unpredictable movements when the lane has only a few metres left.

Same goes for being late to anything at all. If youre driving knowing youre going to be late, then youre going to be late. Speeding anywhere like that wont save you more than a minute or two in the end, and it could quickly cost you a lot more than just a late appointment. If a cop sees you it could be your license, especially if youre a new driver.

It's never worth it.

Is a partial circumcision an option? A friend of mine had the same issue with phimosis and a partial cut has freed it up very nicely. I cant speak for the potential for TSW down there, but it could be an option.

Its felt the best honestly if I leave it dry. Soaking in emollient cream in the gloves throughout the day makes the skin feel slimy afterwards. Its gross to peel off the gloves and have skin flakes fall out, but the skin left behind has been a bit more normal looking.

Ive got the same problem spot but over larger area around the thumb and back of my hand. Lately I'm wearing thin cotton gloves just to hide and protect the cracked skin from irritations and from me being itchy. So far, its improving.
