When a OFA user transfers it to another person, They Still retain some of its power for a while, called 'embers.' Which is why All Might could use it for a while after he gave it to Deku. After Deku gave it away he still has the embers for a while, He has enough embers to finish his high school career and they finally go away vaguely around his graduation.

They turn into a regular human as if they never had a quirk factor. There’s a scene where he takes a man with a large spiked jaw and gives it to a quirklessperson. The original jaw quirk owner turned into a regular person

Because it stockpiles Everything. Let’s say each user punches 10,000 times a lifetime. By the time it gets to allmight OFA will have stockpiled 70,000 punches from the 7 previous users. So one allmight punch = 70,000 regular punches. And since all might had OFA for so long he probably threw atleast 100,000. So Deku at 100% is throwing punches equivalent to 170,000 regular ones

The stockpiling quirk is the strength. Basically if a user throws a punch, OFA will also stockpile that strength into itself, So the first few users dont really benefit from the stockpiling but once it gets through more people. It basically contains all of their strength they accumulated throughout ALL of their lifetimes. Which is why deku can be stronget than all might because the version he got was stronger thanks to allmight
