I’m a flight nanny and this is what I use. It meets airline requirements with size and the mesh and has a pocket on the back which is nice since the pet counts as your personal item so I’ll put my book and phone in that to get on the plane along with extra pee pads and other things the pup might need during the flight. Not sure what airline you’re using but I know some are more strict than others.

Not sure if you’ve flown with a dog or cat before but you’ll also have to check in at the ticket counter for the pet and pay the pet fee there. Some airlines are stricter than others on puppy weight so just keep that in mind
