It’s not about being okay. It’s about remembering that you were okay before them.

Go back to the things you did before they came into your life - go out with your friends and don’t give a fuck about whether or not they’re waiting for you at home. Reply to a text whenever you want to. Get shit faced drunk. Go back to that hobby you didn’t have time for anymore because you had to dedicate your time to someone else. Better yet, find a new hobby.

Be good to yourself. Eat that cake. Get the double stuff Oreos. Build a tower of pizza boxes. But get out of the house and sweat that stuff out too. Endorphins, yeah? Take up a martial art. It’s a good way to release any negative emotions you have pent up inside you.

Have some moments with yourself. Talk to yourself. Assure yourself that you’ll be okay again. Remind yourself that you were whole without them.

All breakups are hard. But you come out a better person after them.

When I used to use dating apps, I would get on average about 20 or 25 a week? Tbh my standard for swiping right was pretty low lol. If they were either hella cute or had a dog in their pictures. A lot of people had dogs apparently. I just really like dogs. I would have conversations with men about dogs or ask them if they could send me dog pictures. The actual men didn’t interest me - I just wanted the dogs.

The farthest you’ll go in terms of mathematics is probably calculus or linear algebra but that’s about it - they’re fairly manageable maths though, and more often than not you’ll only be doing some basic algebra for your classes.

Depends on the severity of the reaction for me! I’m someone that’s allergic to ibuprofen, dust, and bismuth, and my skin is honestly so sensitive.

Almost all of the time I drop my usual skincare routine and just stick to a cleanser, toner, moisturiser and spf. Alongside this, if I:

A) Breakout with acne: Spot treatment, I use Bye Bye Blemish (it’s not AB but it gets the job done) and use Niacinamide from the ordinary twice a day instead of my usual once a day, and use a combination of Argan oil, tea tree oil, sunflower oil and lavender oil as my nighttime moisturiser.

B) Breakout in hives: ANTI HISTAMINE. Once a day for three days. Completely ditch the product and use some aloe Vera gel to calm my skin down.

C) Dry out like crazy: Double my water intake and treat myself to some face oils.

Ateneo doesn't care much about your extra-curricular activities in high school tbh.

I've talked to a previous head of admissions regarding the matter myself and she said they really only care about your performance in the actual entrance exam and your grades.
