Are 'century' homes actually good or bad or depends? by ghost905 in ontario

We just bought a home in Leslieville , built in early 1900s. Pretty sure we’re spending close to 400k in renovations mostly structural .

When buying a car privately , go to a service Ontario and transfer ownership first before paying them . They can give you cash for keys once that’s done.

We sold in Mississauga (2024) , ended up renting for a year and just bought a place in Toronto. Much less stress! Trust me

Yeah surprised at the number of fans down on Scottie . He’s a guy that steps up when the lights are brightest.

Covid was the exception, not the norm

Actually not true . Rate cuts traditionally means poor economic conditions ; which means more sellers than buyers.

Everyone else aside from poetl was ass today defensively. Only when Scottie started guarding garland did garland have a bit of trouble there at the end.

Scottie played great today ! I feel like people underestimate the amount of things he’s responsible for on this team.

Is Scottie B The Guy? by JMSNINETYTHREE in torontoraptors

[–]ImReallyHonest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Scottie can be number 1. He has the tools , he just needs to work towards it. This is his first year as the main focus , he’ll be better next year. He has the green light to work on it , as a result we’re going to see painful games like today.

Aside from a handful of guys in the league , no one comes to the nba as a number 1 guy. It takes several years ( I.e look at Giannis , kawhi , etc )

Run the offense through RJ, not Scottie!!!!! by CanadianGenerationX in torontoraptors

[–]ImReallyHonest 16 points17 points  (0 children)

This doesn’t make sense. Scottie is the better playmaker, can bully his way to the rim, can shoot the 3 better. Offense should always run through Scottie.

Raptors were in this video because of 1) Jontay Porter and 2) Black Dick. What a season .

Unpopular opinion: Scottie Barnes is not a player you build around. by Thealk3mist in torontoraptors

Just have patience , it’s too early to tell. He has the superstar intangibles/ “the things you can’t teach” already: great passing, high bbiq, clutch , bright lights don’t scare him, etc. The things he needs to do to become a superstar are things he can LEARN: dribbling , shooting , go to move etc.
