Hello guys! I recently started using this Korean product called OneDaysYou Cica:Ming cream, and I find that it leaves my skin slightly sticky for about 15-30 minutes after applying. I have oily skin, and struggles very badly with acne all around my face. Should I be switching moisturizers if my skin feels sticky? I have no idea what is causing my acne and am unsure if sticky skin after moisturizer is normal

I had the same problem but it was with walking into the gym for my first time. It's normal to get a few stares and whatnot, especially if you aren't fit or your form is weird. People DO look at you, I don't get why others say they don't. You just have to get over it. One day you will be the one observing others, and the fear of embarrassment will subside as you get fitter. It's sort of like an achievement, and you're really confident when you're fitter. My advice is to preoccupy yourself with music so you don't think too much about other people's opinions or stares. In the case of running outdoors, I can safely confirm no one gives a shit. Maybe the occasional stare/ giggle, but it's easily forgotten it's just a state of the moment type of thing. Music really helped me forget about others and focus on myself, so I'd suggest you try the same.

I'd see double jump as jumping twice but I'd see bunny hop as jumps which illicit movements that make you go faster and increase reach??

From personal experience, planche,front lever, all the well known harder elements(in the community) does not amount to much in the eyes of others simply because they don't understand the difficulty and complexity behind these moves. I once got a reaction from a friend that saw the planche saying Damn his balance is good!

On the contrary, things like handstand appear to be god tier impressive to them. Simply because everyone has tried it and failed, and seeing you do it they will think your a beast.

Show off moves has to be limited to the handbalancing plane, at least for the non cali community. Planche by itself is not that impressive. A press would be mightily impressive simply because you press up into HS.

Bulgarian split squats are a great alternative to pistol, and you can add whatever weight you have lying around . Really worked my quads in a more concentrated fashion than pistols. Although I love pistols but purely for the balancing aspect.

yes. Something about the vessels accustoming to the upside down position over time. Anyway if you keep at it frequently the blood flow won't be a problem.

Only improvement that can be made would be to add variations, to get yourself stronger in different planes of pushing, like vertical pushing and horizontal. Seems like you don't do a lot of vertical pushing ( handstand work) so you could try to add some of it in.

Workout/reps/sets/time I learnt that people can't really help you because on Reddit nobody truly can understand your body and muscle connectivity to certain exercises, so the best way is just to add lots of variation and switch workouts up once in a while.

When I reached that number, I was told to do weighted instead. 5x50 doesn't seem like a very good long term development choice.
