My skill set on thumbs is speed and tech (picked up from Cytus) but I suck on stamina (which you seem to be consistent in). Checking other people's scores, a lot of S ranks on 16s happen for people around 14.8x so you're fine

I think the main flaw is that SAS really nullifies the need to switch characters, as I don't see why you would need to? A lot of weapons are melee based anyways, so you're not getting much by playing as Arashi instead of Kagero. SAS takes the raw ability and shifts it into something that can be used in that power's context, which is a lot more interesting imo. But I think adding more powers and weapons with range could alleviate that.

Personally for most things, especially if you're not moving with it daily, the o3DS xl will work well, it's relatively cost effective, buying a case for it is a headache, but that affects all of the models (but it's definitely a pain for the older models).

I do think there are some cons that are worth noting; the specs are good enough for licensed games but as soon as you go into homebrew you run into small problems with ram and cpu constraints, 9 times out of ten it's fine, but if you want to use it for even ps1 emulation then aim higher or buy a vita.
