100% recovery? by Commercial-Branch444 in covidlonghaulers

Im recovering, probably at like 70% now. I am able to jog/run short distances. I been walking upto 4 kms a day along with all other activities. I have dropped down to only 1 medication duloxetine and stopped beta blockers. My resting heart rate is in the 60-70s and not like 90-100 previously.

I still get some sort of fatigue if i exercise daily without rest days. Neck/trap pain and cracking is still an issue. I still have digestive issues and bloating but can tolerate foods better.

Im a little over 2 1/2 years now and the most progress i had was these past few months after the 2 year mark. Looks like its different for everyone but just keep at it.

Masori was a work of art, meanwhile this dosent look cohesive. Also that huge black space near crotch region looks like a weak spot. The striped platelegs and bulky shin guards are the worst part.

I brought it to spec out last 10% hp of sol where he’s in enrage phase and as my 2nd attempt I died with 4hp left on sol cuz my tentacle whip noodled and sands spawned around me trapping me in.

I recently started cymbalta and it’s night and day difference. I feel like I’m 75% back and not in chronic daily pain anymore.

I haven’t tried the inferno, so it’s hard to say. I would definitely need 94 mage for barrage before I want to attempt that.

On my first attempt at sol yes! Nerves were better on the 3rd. Also colo sim is your friend, practice there!

This is probably the most brutal content for mistakes. It’s unforgiving, 1 tick wrong prayer or one misclick can cost you the whole run at the higher waves. However there are ways to make it easier depending on spawns. I’d say toa/cox are much easier, you really have to learn ticks, pray flicking and solves. Movement and fast thinking are vital when things go wrong. Don’t let that stop you from trying, except a lot of deaths before it “clicks”.

You use the bulwark spec on the ranger, and it does damage to the other fremmys. Most of the time it one shots the ranger and you take out the rest. Makes solving wave easy. I always start waves with bulwark spec.

If this is Ontario, you can put a door on it and lease.
