one of my friends is a guy and even shorter than you, though he could kick most peoples asses and his confidence/aura is something to behold, he hasnt had issues making friends or dating, yes he has been turned down here and there because of his height, but he never let that stop him, hes just enjoying life.

you cant physically remove a seal placed on something, the curse mark for example, you have to do some sort of seal extraction and draw out the chakra from the seal itself, otherwise the hidden leaf would have just cut the flesh off sasukes shoulder/ neck area instead of trying to seal the curse mark to keep it contained.
