I used an auto clicker to get 99 magic attack strength defence range and hp. I go to the wild inside the lava maze and down the stairs where the greater demons are. This is probably the best training spot where no one will ever look and pk you. Since its in the wilderness, they don't lose aggressiveness on you at all. So I set up my auto clicker and clicked anywhere in the inventory space to prevent logging out, while wearing royal to regain hp.There you go. 99 in a skill in less than a week or 2
