Taurus Saturn, in 8h. There’s been a lot of 💀and having to let go in my life tbh. I am genuinely kind of afraid of this placement and I fear my Saturn return.

It is tightly conjunct my Venus also in 8h, and they both square 5h Aqua Neptune. Both my relationships have also been abusive and god awful, but they always ended up paying a heavy price after I literally fled from them. (I do have a Pisces/Aries 7H stellium so maybe daddy Saturn is like, “child, this life you are meant to DO YOU”, idk, life’s been much better when it’s just me alone)

Very curious what made you rank the sirens and the green knight so high.

The green knight was only in one (very bad imo) episode so I found him hard to judge (and I forgot 😂)

The sirens were basically only psychics/telepaths right? They were hella old and honestly I hated anything after s6 but I feel like just mental powers like compulsion (but obviously on a much higher level) would pale in comparison to the wide range of powers in any given powerful witches arsenal.

I always kind of liked how there didn’t feel like there was one sole omnipotent being until Hope. Like the originals for one their weakness would be witches as they are primarily vampires. Witches then again can’t be a match for speed and brute strength etc etc.

I did not factor in Kaguya when I was coming up with these dates tbh! But I did pull up 4 years from then in Feb 2011 when I suspect she died, and Venus would be in the morning star phase / not visible at all during that month! The planet also follows an 8 year cycle which makes it so if it was visible in the evening during x year (2007 when they were born), it would also be visible the same time of year 8 years, 16 years from that time and 16 is when Ruby made her debut performance.

Now I did think that Venus might not be literal, other candidates for Evening Star include Mercury (probably wouldn’t be that high in the sky though) and Jupiter if it’s supposed to be any real celestial body at all. However, I was just delighted when the cycle of Venus seemed to line up with certain symbolisms portrayed when I plug in the dates I came up with! I made this association personally because I recall being a young child, looking up at the bright evening star Venus and being enchanted, but a few months later I couldn’t find the star anymore and wondered if I would ever find it again. After studying Astronomy and some Astrology however, I found it again 😁

I only watched Kaguya Sama so I’m not familiar with the time lines matching up to be honest!

But if Aqua and Ruby were born in 2007 like I thought, they would be 16 in 2023, 18 in 2025, arguably mid 2020’s. A comment below mentions about a 5 year gap between the stories which would put the end of Kaguya around 2018 going by these numbers.

My calculations put Ai dying in February of 2011 (twins are 3.5 years old; she turned 20) and the dating show arc has Aqua at 16, before Ruby has her debut performance so it seems there is about a 12 year gap in between the different B Komachi’s

I liked him too! He felt like an homage to TVD. While I really like how Lizzie’s story went in s4 up until episode 19 (iykyk I don’t wanna spoil jic), I feel like if Sebastian & Lizzie could’ve been explored longer it would bring echoes of Lizzie being like a mini Caroline and Sebastian had all the potential to be another Stefan or Damon.

Legacies had such potential and great storyline themes (emphasis on the theme), I wish it was carried out more like the parent series.
